Dokan kun
The mysterious robot made of pipes. The computer screen on his belly shows the new Dokandows operating system. He has the ability of changing into various forms by installing new software.
The Manipulator
The guy which sits on top of Dokan kun and seem to be manipulating. Dokan kun always moves so hard and even transform into other shapes, so the Manipulator gets into trouble.
Peter
The leading character of the story. he is a student of Kumategawa private school, and the 4th grade of primary school. He gets involved into trouble which Dokan kun and Papa cause. He makes comebacks to other peoples jokes or mistakes.
Papa
He is the father of Peter and the bamster of Carnegys house. He is really goofy, and even calles his own son "Genta", which the real name is Peter. But he loves his family, especially about Peter.
Mr Pascal
The class teacher of Peter, and is a specialist of Geographics and Topography. He thinks he is a cool teacher by himself, but always becomes a target of the blowpipe dart shot by the principal.
Kumategawa principal
The principal of kumategawa private shool. He seems to be looking as someone big and important, but he wares rollerskates under his Japanese clothes. When he gets involved to problems, he always shoots a blowpipe dart and hides away.
