Licca-chan`s debut was on 1967 and since then has sold 53 million dolls, becoming every girl`s dream. This time the theme is a telephone, based on Rika-chan`s phone, and the story has elements that capture the girls hearts such as Magic and Becoming a Princess.

Although keeping Licca-chan`s cuteness, it was added unique elements of humor that are DLE`s trademark, becoming a product that are not only enjoyable by the target infant girls, but also the mothers.

As supporting characters there`s the vivid colored "Bear", a humorous take on princess as "An Queen" (voiced by Asa Komuro) and other original characters, creating an original scenario.

The first episode "Licca-chan and the magical world" will be available from the 9th of October at Licca-chan official website (http://licca.takaratomy.co.jp). Also this episode will be included in the promotional DVD of December edition of "Youchien"magazine and the February edition of "Mebae" magazine, both published by Shougakukan. The plan is to transform it in an animation series.
